I have a problem.


I'll start from the beginning.


I have registered this account a long time ago, back in 2013. Then I bought CS: GO, in which I spent a pleasant time, in a very huge amount. Later I began to change items and for all this time since then I did not have locks, a trial period in the exchange system, even no single complaint on my account from offended users, whose exchange offer I declined. You can check in the history of the exchange, there have been cases when by mistake a person sent me a "gift" of a few rare items, forgetting to add in exchange offered by me. I sent them back for free.


Now the most important thing:


Somewhen in May-June 2016, my account was stolen (judging by the exchange log), at that time I could not go check or restore it for personal reasons. At the same time, it was protected by mail and mobile steam guard. A week ago, when I tried to go in, I saw an "incorrect password" sign, and search by my nickname had no result. With the help of friends and the same exchange log, the account was found, but was under a different login and of course with someone else's mail and mobile number. Using a request for support, I managed to regain access to my account, but the strongest disappointment was ahead of me - blocking the exchange system and VAC-ban.


Since I could not use the account from May-June 2016 to February 23, 2017 and all violations were made not by me, but by hackers for the purpose of fraud, I ask for your help.


Since I did not violate the Steam rules during all 3 years, did not use cheats and did not cheat, I ask you to consider my situation in detail and unlock my account.


I agree to provide any evidence, information and help of any possible amount and kind.


I could not use the account in the above period, so I do not consider myself guilty and deserving it.


I do not ask me to return the stolen or used items to me, I think unlocking does not affect the economy of the trading platform, it will not entail duplication of objects and will not affect other users.


As an exception, please check and make sure that other people used my profile and please restore the opportunity to exchange and play on servers protected by VAC. I agree to any probation period, etc. I understand that hackers got these locks deservedly, but this is my account and it was hacked.
